Finance LPA Solicitors
A Finance (formerly known as Property & Affairs) Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) allows the appointed attorney(s) to deal with the donor’s (the person who made the LPA) financial affairs from bank accounts, to tax, right through to buying and selling property.
How much does a Finance LPA cost?
QLAW charges just £250 (+VAT) for a Finance LPA. That includes everything from drafting the forms for you, to being your Certificate Provider, to lodging the LPA with the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) where it is formally registered.
Any Court fee is payable by you separately as a ‘disbursement’. This is payable whether you use a solicitor to deal with the LPA or not.

5 STAR Solicitor reviews!
Check out other solicitors’ websites and they’ll be littered with self-adulation – they’re “leading solicitor” this, and “solicitors doing” that. Rather than toot our own horn we’d rather you be the judge of how good our solicitors are. Trustpilot is a totally independent review site where our clients are free to leave whatever thoughts they feel best describe the legal service they received from us. It’s raw. It’s honest. It’s for real. And critically, it’s from you!
