My father passed away in Feb of this year one of my siblings was living with him. Me and my other siblings belive that she has been using his money I have asked my siblings if she has sorted out our dads estate and she says that he does not have any estate as he was in a council house I explained to her that it also means personal belongs and and money that is left over should be split between all 5 of his children 2 of my siblings have there own personal belongs that our dad kept and I have also been told by a former partner of my siblings that was living with my dad that none of my other siblings and my self are not gunna get anything of dad’s. There was no will when he passed and I have tried speaking to the bank to see if his account been close but as he had no will they can’t tell me anything
