I just started a new full time job and after 2 months I went for a holiday for 14 days and when I comeback from holiday I got paid half of my wages it that legal?

On the assumption that you had booked your holiday and had permission to take holiday when you did, then you should usually be paid at your normal rate of pay for all holiday days. However, there are times when this doesn’t apply, including if you hadn’t got permission to take holiday at that time. Also, on the rate of holiday pay, if your pay varies (due to certain types of overtime or commission payments, then it’s possible that holiday will be paid at a different rate to what you get when at work.
