Good afternoon! I work from Italy with a company based in New York City, I was told they do not issue contracts to the remote workers, we do not have vacations, holidays nor days off. I’m paid week by week but I recently submitted my 2 week notice (because we are compelled to do so) and now my employer does not wants to pay me the last week I worked.

Is there something I can do? Or Where can I go to place a report/sue?
