My mother has recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and the neurologist says we won’t be able to get an LPA now as she scored 16/30 on the memory test rather than the 23/30 minimum. What will this mean in the future if I, as her only son need to make financial and health related decisions on her behalf? How will it work?
