Our Estate Planning team is headed up by Neil Quantick, a solicitor and the founder of QLAW. The backbone of his expertise since qualifying in 1998 has been all things estate planning, namely: wills; probate; lasting powers of attorney; Court of Protection matters (eg deputy applications), inheritance tax; and disputed wills & estates. Neil has a particular interest in complex probate including those with an multi-jurisdictional angle. Recent years have seen Neil’s practice increasingly include work for clients outside of the UK, with an international angle.
