Chris is a ‘heavyweight’ property lawyer with a career having acted for the great and good with real technical clout and experience in all things property. Chris deals with all aspects of commercial property including: lease renewals, lease purchases; sales and purchases of commercial units; developments; and he has a particular interest in ‘enfranchisement’. Having recently retired from Irwin Mitchell we’re delighted and frankly honoured to have someone of Chris’s calibre on the Qlaw team. So welcome Chris, and we look forward to your extraordinary skills set being on offer to clients old and new.
Shrina is a residential property specialist solicitor with her whole career ahead of her. After briefly leaving the QLAW family, we’re chuffed to bits to see her back on our team at the heart of the conveyancing team doing what she does best. Welcome back Shrina – we’re so pleased your back!
Mollie has recently completed (very successfully we might add!) her studies at Reigate College and joins us at the inception of her career in law. Mollie has hit the ground running at QLAW, and we’re delighted to have her onboard. Mollie is on the path to qualifying as a solicitor, and we will be supporting her through that wonderful journey in the coming years as she continues to study hard, whilst working within the practice in a ‘roaming’ role learning all of the ropes. A huge warm welcome to Mollie.
Lisa joins our ‘customer experience team’ and is with us to make sure that what customers ‘feel’ from QLAW is second to none. It’s a unique team that we’ve created – and their sole job is to make sure that clients know exactly what’s going on 24/7. We’ve nicknamed them the ‘happiness team’! Lisa comes to us with a lifetime of experience in the hospitality where she has held numerous senior roles in exclusive establishments. We’re really excited about the wealth of skills Lisa brings, and the impact this will have on our customer journey.
